Had an appointment for taxes, was advised it would be easier to drop them off, they had my tax Docs. for over week and no work was done on them, wasn't able to reach anyone for several days. Had to show up n take my taxes elsewhere, worst experience ever, I wouldn't recommend to worst enemy

Had a good experience at this H&R Block, they did everything they could to help me out. My guy Adam was phenomenal at taking care of everything and keeping me up-to-date with everything. Definitely will be doing my taxes here from now on
