It was a very positive experience doing taxes with H&R Block mainly because of the terrific CPA I had to help me, Michael Morgan. He was very knowledgeable & got me deductions I never thought possible. I was surprised at my return. I'll definitely go back for next year's tax prep.
I had Regina do my taxes. My taxes came out fine but the over all experience was terrible and an extreme inconvenience. I use to work at hr block so I’m aware of how long the appt should be for what I’m filing, which should be about an hour. I was there for 2 hours! Majority of my appt was her telling me personal stories. She would go on for 10-15 mins at a time about stuff that had nothing to do with my taxes.
