I had Regina do my taxes. My taxes came out fine but the over all experience was terrible and an extreme inconvenience. I use to work at hr block so I’m aware of how long the appt should be for what I’m filing, which should be about an hour. I was there for 2 hours! Majority of my appt was her telling me personal stories. She would go on for 10-15 mins at a time about stuff that had nothing to do with my taxes. Today we met Gigi Grein for the first time at H&R Block to work on our 2024 taxes. It was by far the best experience that we have had in many a year! She was knowledgeable, well organized and very pleasant. Believe me, she has her act together. We’ve already made an appointment next year with her to do our 2025 taxes.
