Gave one star because I can't give zero. I was told I could pay for the tax service with my refund and that was not true. Turns out my refund was out on hold because of this false information. Also she lost one of my w2s and had I not gone in to fix the problem, it would not have been filed at all. I have waited weeks then found out through checking my refund status that this had happened as hr block did nothing to contact me about this situation. No text no email nothing.
