This is the only time in my adult life that I sought professional help with my taxes, because of a heavy workload and three back to back out of state trips. I have never felt so let down. H&R Block was pretty reliable for me to do my taxes explaining and caring about my concerns that I had with my taxes. I am very satisfied and appreciate the young lady that helped me.
I would highly recommend H&R Block to anyone that has any tax needs.
I've used H&R Block at a different location and was just wanting to drop off my tax stuff but they were able to take a walk-in (less than 10 days from that dreaded deadline!). Alice was great! Very knowledgeable, friendly and made the whole experience super easy. I'm looking forward to her doing my taxes next year
