I have been a loyal client with H&R BLOCK for more than 6 years now have worked with Sharon. Never had an issue until today.. my father wanted to file with her using myself and my kids she denied us help by saying why even bother if he wasn’t even going to receive anything… I asked her multiple occasions to please submit the numbers so we could see it.
