Way over priced for 20 minutes of work asking over $600 is just crazy
Excellent service, fast and efficient with everything explained in a descriptive and prompt manner.
I have went into the Anniston location twice now, this is my first time ever filing taxes. I'm sure that the ladies were correct, but we're not very helpful nor informative at all. For first time filers I highly recommend going somewhere else, or just following through with turbo tax. Neither ladies working either day I went in seemed very interested in helping me whatsoever, and I was in and out very quick both times. I would not trust H&R Anniston with getting my full deserved refund.
