Total waste of time. I called in advance 2-days before, so I wouldn't waste my time. Sure enough. After making me wait 20 minutes for my schedule appointment, they took one look at my taxes and said they didn't know how to handle it. "Oh. Sorry. I'm just part-time. We should reschedule you with someone who knows more." Yeah. Exactly what I expected.
After paying the full amount that h&r block had an instructed us to pay for both state and federal, I just got a bill saying that we paid zero. We owe the IRS for the principal penalty and interest. I then called the kapiolani office, but someone from dillingham answered after repeatedly using our social security numbers and was unable to log on to our account.
