I had Ester. So I went in there, to get a free consultation and have someone look over my numbers. -i was asking the tax rep questions and when I tell you she was the most non-chalant tax rep. It was terrible. She was more concerned about telling me the fee schedule. I said, well I want to go over the numbers, can we do that? I wanted a free quote. H&R Block is very professional and knowledgeable
At first, I loved this place and our tax professional, Min Goers. But when we received our tax refund, we were short $2,100 (not a small amount). I’ve been trying to get ahold of them for a week. I’ve called. They’ve emailed her. I’ve emailed her. No one wants to tell us why we’re missing $2,100, so now I have to get a lawyer involved. Don’t ever go here!!!
