I have dealt with h and r block since I was old enough to do my own taxes. But last year my 2024 taxes were all messed up. I trusted the person doing my taxes and thought she had done them correct until this year. I went to do my emerald advance and the lady at Roswell street in Reidsville said I owe 1300 dollars that want paid from the previous year. Do not go to this location. Our experience was extremely unprofessional, and my husband and I ended up walking out before our appointment even began. The office smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We sat in the waiting area for about 15 minutes, and the odor was so overwhelming that we were concerned our clothes would smell like smoke when we left.
