Horrible. Was told because I was completely unsatisfied with my tax experience this year, and didn't have my taxes done correctly and very rushed and tax expert was still focused on the person before me taxes, would get a full refund of what I paid for my taxes to be done by end if march. Never recieved, went back in to be told I had to talk to his boss at a different location, to be told by her that I needed to wait just a little bit longer for another letter from irs that was never the issue to begin with.
