Tax pros are knowledgeable and friendly. There is always someone upfront waiting to greet people as they come through the door and they go out of their way to ensure problems are resolved quickly.
I paid $520 to have my taxes done. Then I had to do an a men’s the next day and it cost me another $84. You think they just could waive that?

I had thought doing my taxes would be super tedious and take a long time but the team at H&R block made it a lot easier than I expected. Emalee Allison helped me out a bunch and made sure I understood everything, I also enjoyed how they created a nice balance between being professional and still having fun with clients and other coworkers. I definitely plan to be back next year.
