After getting an Extension on my own, was Provided Expert Consultation and filled in 2025 Tax to Federal and State. I was most anxious and uncomfortable when I arrived. Kim was always calm and most knowledgeable, quickly assuring me that she could help. She did and I have received refund. Thanks I'll be back!!!
Very nice clean office. Receptionist was very nice. Our tax professional is Sherry McGraw, she is extremely experienced at her job. She knows about all the new tax laws . She made our tax experience a lot less stressful than when we walked in. Very kind, highly recommend.
Just before submitting my tax papers, I asked about the cost. I was told it would be $300-$350 at most. It was totally unprofessional and ridiculous that my tax preparer didn't inform me about the $48 increase. I should have been told the actual price was $398 or $395. I'm very unhappy and definitely won't be coming back.
Mary was amazing! I didn’t know that I could enjoy getting my taxes done.
