Very nice clean office. Receptionist was very nice. Our tax professional is Sherry McGraw, she is extremely experienced at her job. She knows about all the new tax laws . She made our tax experience a lot less stressful than when we walked in. Very kind, highly recommend.
Just before submitting my tax papers, I asked about the cost. I was told it would be $300-$350 at most. It was totally unprofessional and ridiculous that my tax preparer didn't inform me about the $48 increase. I should have been told the actual price was $398 or $395. I'm very unhappy and definitely won't be coming back.
