I will never file with H&R Block again. Every time I’ve gone through them, I end up owing, but when I use other tax professionals, I don’t. That alone is frustrating. I decided to give them another try and worked with Princess because she was recommended, but the experience was disappointing. When I told her I wouldn’t be filing with them since I was going to owe and planned to go somewhere else, her attitude completely changed. She came off as unprofessional and condescending, which was unnecessary.
Very disappointed experience with this office. Submitted my docs on Feb 14, 2026 for both w2 and business. Kept in touch with their people for updates. Scheduled for April 10 to come in and "sign". Once I arrived there with my wife, I was surprised by the fact that they even didn't start working on my Tax returns. The new assigned tax lady was asking me for the documents that I already submitted almost 2 months ago. I finally ended up getting my folders from them and decided to not to file with them.
