Worst tax service i’ve encountered! They wait until the very last day to send my taxes to sign, after i’ve contacted them on several occasions with questions regarding how to file. Everyone’s situation is different, don’t assume that it should be handled the same just because someone is married. Also, if you get a return, why wasn’t the option available to have the amount for fees taken out of the return? For the amount of money in fees you pay for their service, it’s not worth it.
