Evangelina was very knowledgeable and explain to me step by step my pros and cons. She understood my situation and was very patience with me, since I wasn't prepared with the right documents. My fee for their service was half of what other charge. Overall, I am extremely satisfy, to the point where I'll be returning next year.

Would give 0 (zero) stars if I could. Had Lupita Monier file our 2022 taxes and because she shrugged off some things, we are having to redo them to get our 2023 taxes done correctly. This office has the front person that doesn’t care and gave attitudes, especially when I would let her physically hold my phone showing our appointment, etc. I warn everyone, don’t waste your time even entering this establishment because you will have more aggravation than its worth.
Got 2022 taxes done, not happy due to not adding or entertaining to add. Gave another chance, went to appointment today and the lady had an attitude when asking a third time the name it was under and telling her the same name. People’s attitudes very bad for working with the public. Got even more attitude when coming back to let them know they were incorrect, which made me get an attitude back.
I love the people they are great and sweet
