I am a longtime H&R Block customer. I walked in without an appointment. Monica Estrada was very pleasant and asked if I needed assistance. I asked if anyone was available to do taxes, and Monica was very helpful and was able to squeeze me in between appointments. In and out within 25 minutes and taxes were done and excepted at IRS. Monica was amazing!
First time being recommended to H&R Block and my tax specialist Monica E. was very helpful & made the whole process super easy!
