Katharine was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. She goes the extra mile to to answer All your questions and get your maximum deductions. I even set an appointment with her for 2025.
They were nice at first but they didn’t know what they were doing. I had to walk them through the process and they were still confused. When I saw I wasn’t getting what I should be they fought with about it. Told them I’m going back to turbo tax and then they were pretty rude. To go to a “professional” and for them not to be a professional they wasted my time. Had to walk out
