The hours are until 2 pm. I called numerous times before hand to let them know I was coming and would be there by 1:05. Supposedly they had callouts and we're shorthanded. Thats fine I get it. But when I called and said I was coming she still left saying she had another appointment in Watertown. I was in tears. I called back. She said to me oh she left 2 minutes ago. Complete joke of a business. Did not get a sit down about tax preparation beforehand, set up an appointment and they made wait a half hour. Had to reschedule and then took an hour the second time just for them to find my paperwork. Then charged me more than what I would owe to federal and state by a few hundred. Ridiculous and complete joke of a business. Do not go here, go local, they are much more efficient!
