Complete joke of a business. Did not get a sit down about tax preparation beforehand, set up an appointment and they made wait a half hour. Had to reschedule and then took an hour the second time just for them to find my paperwork. Then charged me more than what I would owe to federal and state by a few hundred. Ridiculous and complete joke of a business. Do not go here, go local, they are much more efficient!
