I do my own simple tax filing, but I was in a bind and needed the Advance they offer. I asked several questions to be sure of the Advance before I paid $408 to file for the Advance.They said no credit check! Well after filing I wazs turned down because of a Credit Check! H&R has done nothing to make it right for false information on the Advance to get me to file with them.
Initially thought they were professional but I felt something was wrong and rechecked my returns with the free turbo tax calculator and found out they almost cost me $2000 in returns . I went back to H&R and showed them their mistake. All they could say was sorry after they corrected the mistake.
