We had an amazingly productive half hour appointment with Alicia Drydale. She was super sharp, experienced (25 years), efficient and accurate. She was highly skillfull in doing back-of-the-envelope math that exactly matched the software for big picture numbers on the tax return. Really knows her stuff in and out and explains complicated tax breakdowns in a matter of minutes. They are pathetic and don't honor there own insurance they sell you.
Tried to call about a issue and was treated terribly by a lady that answered the phone. Talking over me and could barely get a word in. This is my last year ever using this service. Nothing but problems
