Will never go here again , mimi my tax preparer was rude , talks down to you, talks over you, and doesn't listen . It costs 250 to file , I referred someone didn't get anything for it didn't get my discount AAA AARP NEVER AGAIN . I TOLD HER TO TO TAKE PAYMENT OUT OF MY RETURN AND THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN EITHER, YOU ASK A QUESTION IT JUST GETS IGNORED
I just received a letter from the IRS saying my tax penalty was reduced for failing to pay estimated taxes. You may say that's good... But I have to wonder what else they screwed up. This place is like discount store of the accounting world, hiring unqualified people so they can make an easy buck. If you have stocks and assets more than 150k in income... Go someplace else. What a joke. My first and last time using them. So now I'm on pins and needles waiting for the IRS To audit me because about what ever else the screws up.
