My tax pro was very knowledgeable and efficient while preparing my taxes and answered any questions I had while making sure I understood every step of the way.
I paid them to file my taxes last year and then come to find out, they didn’t. I went back to them in January to get them to refile them and once again they said they would and didn’t. Now they’re trying to make me repay for their mistake
