This year, our experience with tax filing at this branch was quite frustrating and challenging. Ms. Kim Harrod made a mistake with our taxes, and despite our consistent follow-ups over four months—through emails, calls, and voicemails—the issue unfortunately remained unresolved. Our experience was dosappointing. After our taxes were filed incorrectly, we were repeatedly assured corrections would be made, but after several months, no progress was achieved. Eventually, our messages went ignored and unanswered, with no explanation provided! A clear and honest response—such as referring us to someone else if Ms. Kimberly Harrod was unable to resolve the issue—would have been far more respectful than the extended delays and empty promises we endured.
