Called to try and schedule an appointment. Told them of my disability. They refused to give me an appointment to come in and get help and advice to understand my Federal Tax Return. The young lady who spoke to me initially politely told me she would let me speak to a Tax Pro. Spoke to James who didn't give a _______ about my disability and my almost complete lack of knowledge with tax returns.
