Has false advertising. None of the workers know about the programs h&r offers, and some said it was probably just the company advertising stuff, but they don't really offer it. That shoulda been my red flag.
Go for Daniel. This guy needs a raise after seeing him handle a difficult situation of being the only employee there. After another employee was an hour late and had myself and another client waiting, Daniel took care of us in a calm manner even with taking the heat of the frustrated clients when it was not at his fault. When the other employee (not saying her name) finally came in, Daniel was still juggling “her” clients and even answering calls. Amazing, and we greatly appreciate his hard work.
Had this place do my taxes this year. Started in late February and it’s still not completed as of 05/23/2024. Jackie messed up some paperwork and costed me $5,000 in the state tax credit for electrical vehicles. It took almost one full month to speak with someone to get the mistake fixed. Had to call about 5-6 times to speak to someone who could actually do something. I still haven’t seen my $5,000. They have completely removed themselves from the mistake they made saying “wells it’s correct on our end”. Do not go here. Use ... read more
