Don't waste your money for peace of mind. Its just a waste of money. Cant get any assistance at all with my audit. I will not be coming back to this office again. Now I'm being penalized for errors that H&R Block made on my tax return by the IRS. Can’t get no help from anyone.
Nancy Caudill is honestly the worst person I have ever worked with, but Trish was awesome (at first). Nancy consistently accused me of not having the right information to do a form, while clicking on the wrong year in front of me and lying about it. She misspelled my name constantly, and admitted she doesn't know how to do very, very simple forms. She constantly contradicted herself with what tax professionals could do, and acted as if a simple amendment is impossible - when Trish did an amendment for me a week ago within 15... read more
