Nancy Caudill is honestly the worst person I have ever worked with, but Trish is awesome. Nancy consistently accused me of not having the right information to do a form, while clicking on the wrong year in front of me and lying about it. She misspelled my name constantly, and admitted she doesn't know how to do very, very simple forms. She constantly contradicted herself with what tax professionals could do, and acted as if a simple amendment is impossible - when Trish did an amendment for me a week ago within 15 minutes!
