I have been using H&R Block for many years. I have been to multiple locations in NC, Fl and CO. This location as assured me I will not be going back to H&R Block again. Barbara is extremely rude and unprofessional. No use in making an appointment at this place either, you will not be seen at your scheduled time.
Your employee tried to overcharge on my tax preparation until I called corporate to complain. Then all of a sudden he dropped the price by now I have zero faith my taxes are correct. I am having to take my taxes to another professional to check for fraud. Then we will be contacting a lawyer to pursue legal accountability. Tax fraud is very serious. I will never do my taxes in your office or recommend this office ever again
Mr Randy Kraemer helped me file my business and personal taxes this year. I am a new business owner and was stressed but Mr Kraemer made the whole process very easy and answered all questions I had. He was patient and willing to do the work I needed. I will recommend H&R to others and definitely recommend Mr Kraemer. Thank you Randy for your help and your personal friendly help. I have been doing my taxes with H&R Block for a long time, but this year changed everything. I had Randi as my preparer and was told to send various information for my tax write off for my LLC. I was told on everything I could use, so I found more items and sent them via email… to which I was told she was out of office and that my taxes would be passed off to someone else. We waited for 25 minutes WITH an appointment and he wouldn’t even take the time to sit and talk to me. Just told me “we do taxes, we don’t give advice.” Well sorry I needed tax help for MORE than one year. ALL you had to to was take the time to talk to me for 5 mins. Instead ALL ANYONE was worried about was scanning my documents. I feel like if you DONT live in St James, they DONT want your business!
