I have been doing my taxes with H&R Block for a long time, but this year changed everything. I had Randi as my preparer and was told to send various information for my tax write off for my LLC. I was told on everything I could use, so I found more items and sent them via email… to which I was told she was out of office and that my taxes would be passed off to someone else. We waited for 25 minutes WITH an appointment and he wouldn’t even take the time to sit and talk to me. Just told me “we do taxes, we don’t give advice.” Well sorry I needed tax help for MORE than one year. ALL you had to to was take the time to talk to me for 5 mins. Instead ALL ANYONE was worried about was scanning my documents. I feel like if you DONT live in St James, they DONT want your business!
