Made an appointment for 7/6 26 at 2 pm . The office is closed and nobody's here. Waited for 10 min and now going to leave. Took off from work also for this. Wasted effort.
Fonny Lo was excellent. I had to prepare a return on behalf of my parents after a death this year and Fanny walked me through to make sure all my questions were answered. I had an appointment with another company and was no showed. H&R Block was able to schedule me for an appointment same day and Fonny stayed late to take my appointment. Grateful to her and her experience to make a stressful situation, easy.
