First time coming here. Booked an appointment online and was seen right away -Great! People were friendly -great! Asked questions needed to fill out my return - great! Got to the cost at the end - $325!!! WTH! I was bamboozled into this fee. They knew it was first time, because the lady asked..she didn’t tell me upfront what the cost was going to be.
