Your office is not even in operation you have a sign up that says you’re closed and to drive to pelicans preserve. You should have that listed online as well.

Questions I had, preparer just did not seem to know answers. I did not feel comfortable & should have gone w/my gut feeling. A message kept popping up on screen as she was preparing my taxes. I asked, do I owe someone? She told me not to worry, but it kept popping up. She finally said, need to ask someone. Came back, told me someone was looking at it. I called and was told that they could pull my W2 using my name and SSN. I was also told I needed to have an appointment. I was ready to hung up and I was basically begged not to. The woman on the phone said that I could come in I that I'd be taken care of today. Well, when I get there they tell me that the need the W2 form and that I need an appointment. 12 miles out of my way. This people like to play games and they're in it for themselves.
