Madeline Ramos was absolutely amazing very patient. She gives her all while working with you and makes sure to have your documents 100%.
Weird Girl just did my taxes. Kept calling my husband "my love" in a revealing dress. Also made things way more difficult than they needed to be. Had to have her supervisor help. Will be going somewhere else next year.
