Edit** I have no interest in calling for some ignorant explanation as to why you skipped over my appointment. Clearly you can’t even read. As I stated I did not come in. There was no visit. I hope everyone sees how many one star reviews this place has. My tax “professional” was Tina. I didn’t even get to a service. I had my taxes prepared and processed by H&R Block in Gaylord on October 15th. It has been a month and I haven’t received my state refund yet. I contacted the office today to find out what the status was only to find out that neither of my taxes had been filed. I specifically asked the preparer if my state return would be filed. H&R block kept my spouses tax stuff for months and never filed his taxes for months. Finally we got concerned and called and they told him they never filed it for 2.5 months. Then still charged the overpriced amount for the filing after he said he was going somewhere else to file our taxes! Avoid this place if you would like your taxes on time.
