I always love coming into the McCook H&R office. The warm of the office with all the vibrant plants. Holly greeted me with a smile and eagerness to help. I enjoy having Janet do our taxes she always treats her customers like a friend.
Jan always makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. Exceptionally great at her job, and very knowledgeable and helpful. Always a great experience getting taxs done.
Excellent from start to finish.
Janet is great, I love the My Block feature where it's easy to upload documents, check-in and communicate via messaging, and schedule remote meetings- especially living in a rural area.
