Always quick and accurate.
Christina was horrible she took ove rmy taxes got me locked out and never called back or updated me. She quoted me 100$ for my refund come to find out i was getting over 300 back and then she got fired. So nobody called me back until i had to call 30 times for somebody to take over my taxes because nobody told me she was fired and nobody at that office likes to answer the phone.
Gary Black, the Boise district manager is without question, the most unprofessional human beingI have EVER come into contact with. Not only did he demean me every chance he could but consistently interrupted me while I tried to answer his own questions.
