Tried to use the system to get a different rep this year, still have me the same rep. Then apparently their payment system can't keep up with who's paid. 0/5 if possible. Save yourself time and money and use turbo tax. Or atleast a different office.
Steffi Baker is absolutely the most beautiful person inside and out. She went above and beyond for me in regards to my taxes and just making me feel proud of myself. She surprised me in so many ways I will forever continue to go to this location and have her help with my taxes. I’m beyond grateful and she most definitely deserves a raise
I went here off and on for years. Same guy every time. I went back with my wife this time as we decided to have a “professional” look over everything and make sure we were doing it correctly. Online it said 80 dollars to have them do your taxes. Apparently in the fine print that was only for your federal. They charged for EVERY LINE and for checking every box. 2 1040 EZ forms should not be almost 700 dollars. You can do it online for free and you get all the same protections from H&R Block.
