Today, September 3, 2025, the person who was serving at the counter has poor service, is a rude person and has a bad disposition to serve. This was at 1:30 pm. I hope that when they see this message they do something because they not only treat people badly but also the staff who works there. I hope they fire you because you shouldn't be working there.
Patst was amazing. She helped out my wife and I real quick. Took us in just as a walk-in,l and explained our tax situation very clearly. Even though we ended up owing, she was very thorough and helpful. Thank you so much.
Tried to use the system to get a different rep this year, still have me the same rep. Then apparently their payment system can't keep up with who's paid. 0/5 if possible. Save yourself time and money and use turbo tax. Or atleast a different office.
Steffi Baker is absolutely the most beautiful person inside and out. She went above and beyond for me in regards to my taxes and just making me feel proud of myself. She surprised me in so many ways I will forever continue to go to this location and have her help with my taxes. I’m beyond grateful and she most definitely deserves a raise
