Went in had the tax guy Brain Paget as my professional the guy was anything except a professional. To start off he was confusing he seemed like he didn’t understand what was going up he kept getting up asking other tax people how to do his job and what to do then comes back and is confused himself because his peers don’t give him help. Yoko Fujiwara is a very smart lady who can help any small business owner who needs help filing their taxes. It was our first year filing as a small business owner and married filing jointly, we thought we’d have to come back to the office but she was able to put together our return, and also gave us a lot of information for next year. We cannot be more happier!
My initial experience with this office was someone yelling to me from inside a cubicle to ask if I had an appointment because she couldn’t be bothered to stand up and walk to me. After that I sat through over 3 hours of tax preparation. I later found out I could’ve gone home while they were prepared. That aside, I had gone to this office specifically to have multiple years of taxes completed, with paid FMLA for one of the years.
