We made appt last year and confirmed it 2 days before appt. Got there and was told it was canceled and Marjorie Burrell would even look at us. She replaced appt for someone with more money. Had to wait 1.5 hours for another agent and after waiting an extra 20 for her we walked out. Made us feel like we didn't exist. Pushed aside and unworthy. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ANY H&R AND WERE SPREADING THE WORD ON OUR EXSPERIENCE ! ZERO STARS !!!
