I went to H&R Block to get my taxes done for the 2018 tax season since I stink at doing taxes myself. Sindhu was very professional and nice and I ended up getting a huge tax refund, even though I thought I owed money. Only small gripe is the high prices to do my taxes. I would recommend H&R Block for anybody who needs their taxes done. She deserves a raise and we need more people like Sindhu. I brought paperwork in for a tax filing. I normally do my taxes myself, but had a form that I didn't know how to enter the data, so I figured I would have the professionals do it. Mike Gallagher looked it over, said it was pretty simple and I should do it myself, rather than paying them to do it. He talked me through it, saving me a lot of money by doing it myself. I thought that was very kind and professional. I will definitely use them if I have an issue I can't do myself.
Valerie has been great to work with. She is detailed oriented and very responsive to any questions during tax season.
