This location is great! Easy to get to and to park. Valerie Wendling is a master agent. Wow! So impressed how fast, efficient, professional, and thorough she is!
Very poor experience. Valerie was extremely unorganized, abrupt, and unclear about expectations and price. We were able to identify multiple errors in our tax forms, some of which she was unwilling to fix. We hired a tax professional to gain confidence in our filing, but we ended with the opposite effect. She only communicated via phone, almost as if she didn't want anything on record in writing...
Valerie Wendling has handled our taxes for the past couple of years, including some complex overseas reporting requirements. She has handled all with aplomb, courtesy and professionalism. I went to H&R Block to get my taxes done for the 2018 tax season since I stink at doing taxes myself. Sindhu was very professional and nice and I ended up getting a huge tax refund, even though I thought I owed money. Only small gripe is the high prices to do my taxes. I would recommend H&R Block for anybody who needs their taxes done. She deserves a raise and we need more people like Sindhu.
