The past 2 years I have had a terrible time with H&R Block. Terrible with communication. Worst of all my privacy was invaded and my taxes were talked about with other people!
Padma was wonderful and very knowledgeable. She helped me to realize that H&R block hasn't been looking out for me interest. they could have told me things to save. But, they didn't. It makes it so they have more forms to fill out so they can charge me more. I've used them for years. But, they never give me a discount. they have cost me 1000's and 1000s of dollars.
Excellent service at H&R Block.
Didn't feel great with the return or the fees.
Went there and wasted $75 when I walked out. Very robotic accountants who are not smart or clear to discuss any accounting requirements. I did a better job after walking out and saved $2000 net filing on TurboTax. Never going back to HR block after filing with them for over ten years in Tysons and NYC.
