Mary the Receptionist gave me hard time over the phone because im a business owner and was wanting to do my tax’s. Bryan Ramiz was very polite and wants to do business with me but Mary is very rude and threaten to lie saying I was giving her and her employees a hard time when I came at the most professional manor trying to get ahold of Bryan!
