Zero Stars is most accurate. Absolutely the WORST HR block location hands down. They excel at doing bare minimum. Literally no one there knows what they are doing. Never going back. Horribly expensive for sham service and extremely poor communication took over a month for them to complete a regular return. Completely messed up out of state forms costing hundreds more than needed to pay.
