I try not to write negative reviews. I had to call repeatedly to try and even get in touch with someone. When I finally did they made me an appointment with the person I saw last year and she wasn't even scheduled. So I had them do a drop off. They told me they would call the next day and they never did. I called for 2 days in a row and left messages. I called in to help my friend get his taxes filed. The lady that answered the phone was very rude, said I couldn't be present with him legally. He recently had a heart attack and has trouble speaking English, she didn't care. I called another location and they said it wasn't a problem. This particular office needs accountability, Ill be reporting this to the BBB. H and R online customer service also failed to call us back.
