Zero Stars is most accurate. Absolutely the WORST HR block location hands down. They excel at doing bare minimum. Literally no one there knows what they are doing. They do not care about finishing your taxes in a timely manner... Or at all. It's been weeks since I was told it would take a few days to amend my taxes. Never going back. Horribly expensive for sham service and extremely poor communication took over a month for them to complete a regular return. Completely messed up out of state forms costing hundreds more than needed to pay.
I had been experiencing some issues with my account, and Molly truly went above and beyond to help me. I try not to write negative reviews. I had to call repeatedly to try and even get in touch with someone. When I finally did they made me an appointment with the person I saw last year and she wasn't even scheduled. So I had them do a drop off. They told me they would call the next day and they never did. I called for 2 days in a row and left messages. I called in to help my friend get his taxes filed. The lady that answered the phone was very rude, said I couldn't be present with him legally. He recently had a heart attack and has trouble speaking English, she didn't care. I called another location and they said it wasn't a problem. This particular office needs accountability, Ill be reporting this to the BBB. H and R online customer service also failed to call us back.
