My husband and I had an appointment with Daniel Teti tonight at HandR Block in Holiday, Florida. This is our 5th year at this location with Dan. He has always been very helpful and informative. I highly recommend Dan and HandR Block.
Very disappointed. Had my 99yr old father in wearing his military hat. Not one person asked if he had his military card to give him a 10% discount. Very offended, but apparently that is who they are. Does the military want to fight for them? I think NOT!
My first time here and I am glade I came Daniel was a great help and really helped me understand what I was signing 10/10 recommend everyone there was super nice
I am very discouraged with this company. They left me high and dry peace of mind. Is a joke mine's well say piece of garbage person who did my taxes messed up and put the blame on me, they do not stand behind their product. Nor them themselves. He did nothing to try to correct this or amend things with the IRS I HAD TRUSTED THIS COMPANY. I DO NOT TRUST THEM ANYMORE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS PLACE PEPPER. ESPECIALLY BUYING THAT PEACE OF MIND. IT DOES NOTHING FOR YOU IN THE END, NOR WOULD THEY HELP YOU OUT
