I went in the other day when it said it was open and allows walk ins im 22 and i've never done my taxes or tax returns and when I'm finally able to get there there was nobody in the whole building and everything was unlocked. I won't be trying h&r block thanks for a bad first time
Very bad customer service. Appointment was at 4pm and I came in at 4 and was told the person they had set me up with isn’t qualified . All I needed to be done was get set up with a payment plan. I will not be using this company next year or moving forward. Should be ashamed of there self. You would think spending 400 plus on having them do your taxes you wouldn’t experience this. Very disappointing
Had an appointment with Jessenia, who is apparently the manager, at 9:15am. I walk in and the guy at the front desk goes "uh-oh, normally Jessenia drops her kids off at school at 9:15am". I don't know, call me crazy but maybe she should have called me and let me know that. I made an appointment and got stood up
Daniel Teti was a pleasure to do business with. He was professional, pleasant and quick but thorough. This office took the fear out of our tax preparation
Go here every year! They get me the most back and the tax pros are just amazing with hellong me file
