Had an appointment with Jessenia, who is apparently the manager, at 9:15am. I walk in and the guy at the front desk goes "uh-oh, normally Jessenia drops her kids off at school at 9:15am". I don't know, call me crazy but maybe she should have called me and let me know that. I made an appointment and got stood up
