Was told tax my amendment would be about $100 AFTER the nice lady on the phone confirmed that my original tax return wasn't in their system even though i did it with their app. Ended up being $460 BECAUSE my original tax return wasn't in their system, and I was not told this until after going through the process with the tax professional. This is something I would have expected to be informed of beforehand.
I still haven’t got my return and it’s been well over a month my dumbass paid 315 dollars to get nothing done

My card got stolen over 1000$ taken and they denied my claim so now I’m screwed out of my money and it took way over the time they said it would come! Plain ole ridiculous and sad as hell
