My card got stolen over 1000$ taken and they denied my claim so now I’m screwed out of my money and it took way over the time they said it would come! Plain ole ridiculous and sad as hell
My experience: they intentionally left out information to make sure they can squeeze every penny they possibly can out of you. Intentionally left items without having filed them after telling you they'll get it done. I shouldn't have had to ask a professional if they have done their job after they told me they would get it taken care of.
