Called 2 hours ago for a supervisor. Still no call. I understand with a client but if someone calls 2 hours ago you have time to call them back. Have had nothing but a bad experience with h and r block.. this will be my last year using them after using for over 5 years
Very helpful and did everthing in a timely manner. Answered all of my questions and will come back next year.
