I just called this office on Cleveland avenue in shopping center on the corner of pondella was on the phone asking questions about my refund and an agent name Phil said have you been to the IRS website I said yes he said what did it say I told him it said received and then he said ok what is your ss # I told him he then ask what I filed as single married ECT n then asked what my total amount was so he was on IRS website doing what I just did n then read to me what I read to him idk if he isn't all the way there and the compa... read more
We have gone to H&R Block for years. Our tax professional, Lisa N., knows us and our situation. She is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I wouldn't go to anyone else.
I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Wonderful reception, Bill Whitman did our taxes, which is difficult for me to do as we have to do foreign tax credit and he had no problem understanding and got it done quickly and efficiently. Of course no one likes tax time but they all made it a little bit easier and more pleasant for me. Thank you to everyone at our local H&R Block and especially Bill for understanding and getting our taxes done.
Can I just say that this whole establishment has some of the nicest people ever? Everyone is so helpful, literally tries their hardest to help you, and can I just give a shout out to Mr Phillip for absolutely KILLING IT? He’s so helpful. Thank you, man!!
