Sally is the best. We have been with her a few years. She is very informative and knowledgeable. We recommend her 100%.
I had a great experience at H&R Block. Sally helped me file my taxes and made the entire process easy . She was friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. I really appreciated her knowledge and attention to detail. Highly recommend Sally and the team at H&R Block if you’re looking for excellent service
Nancy and Sally are highly incompetent and a bad representation to this or any firm. We tried to save money by going to H&R Block and instead it costs us thousands of dollars. They ended up filing our personal before our corporate taxes and completely messed up last year return. The worst part is that they don’t take any responsibility for their mistakes and is next to impossible to get anyone of authority to talk to you . Go anywhere else but here.
Horrible, incompetent group of people. When they make a mistake in your filing they will NOT take any responsibility and put the blame on the client. I dealt with Nancy and Sally at the Del Prado office. My advice go to a real accountant.ifI could rate them 0 stars I WOULD!!!
I visited H&R Block seeking help with a missing 2024 tax return, and my experience was very inconsistent. During my first appointment with Sally, this representative did not take the time to review my situation or look into my account. Instead, she immediately told me to contact the IRS, implying that this was simply a consequence of filing on my own, and her tone came across as dismissive and unhelpful.
