I’ve recently had my taxes done with this company and I can tell you one thing! These negative comments I’ve been seeing is nowhere near the experience I had. These people were great! Especially Adrian! She was so mindful and helpful through the whole process and even alerted me when I had a rejection. If I could give yall zero I would! The way you treat people when they walk into one of your offices to get a service that’s stressful to begin with and you make it more stressful for people! Donna, Adrian, and Jocelyn from Brownwood H&R Block, were an absolute disgrace to your company and the way they treated costumers is disgusting and disgraceful!
