I’ve recently had my taxes done with this company and I can tell you one thing! These negative comments I’ve been seeing is nowhere near the experience I had. These people were great! Especially Adrian! She was so mindful and helpful through the whole process and even alerted me when I had a rejection. If I could give yall zero I would! The way you treat people when they walk into one of your offices to get a service that’s stressful to begin with and you make it more stressful for people! Donna, Adrian, and Jocelyn from Brownwood H&R Block, were an absolute disgrace to your company and the way they treated costumers is disgusting and disgraceful! Kristy is amazing They were busy as all get out and she was running the front and doing taxes at the same time. Even though she had to stop a few times to go to the front to check people in she still got me out in a timely manner. I’ll forever go to her from now on. Thank you so much
