AB Block...... I mean.... H&R Block has come through again, but this time WITH FLYING COLORS! I decided to switch to a different location and a different tax preparer this year and boy am I glad I did! I looked at several reviews and decided to make an appointment with Alfons. Grotesquely incompetent with anything but the simplest return. They screwed up my return and cost me countless hours fighting with the IRS. In the end I had to pay a fine. I had the insurance from h&r block and they refused to honor it. Liars and cheats.
