My Mother had her taxes done today on Cherry and was charged 350.00. For a senior on a fixed income! Absolutely ridiculous! Then offered a 40.00 insurance fee on top of it in case they made a mistake it would be on them not her. Of course she took it. She’s 80! Should be a given if they make a mistake it’s on them. Totally took advantage of her.!

Did my taxes in February on Eagle and McMillan location. 24 weeks after no refund or update on taxes. Called in and rescheduled at this location to figure out why my tax hasn't been sent at all. They re did my taxes ( note this is 5 months after I filed the original one) no explanation on why guy names Eddie never sent out my tax,spent another 2 hours,and have asked for refund from February,and she said she will get back to me. 2 weeks later here we are she hasn't reached out to me at all. David cotterell did our taxes. My husband sat there with him, correcting him the entire time we had to end up paying some taxes, (which is understandable we were prepared for that. )He asked how much we wanted to pay we said $100 a month he said OK that’s no problem. We get a bill in the mail from the IRS. We actually have to pay over $230 a month not to mention again my husband sat there and corrected him multiple times doing our taxes we end up paying around $600 to H&R Block, I called to let them know about our experience... read more
Terrible service. I booked an appointment online, CONFIRMED... only to be called 30 mins before my appointment asking to reschedule. IF I COULD, I WOULD LEAVE ZERO STARS.. Now I have to scramble to look elsewhere.
