Honestly this place is ridiculous, just scheduled a time spot and was told that it doesn’t work for them because they close at 7. It was for 7pm on Thursday. I asked if we could move it to 6 and he told me no. I can go in right now and they have time slots available at 6,7,8 and 9 each of the days. I got a phone call from a rude employee named Dakota who felt it was my responsibility to change my schedule to benefit them. Take your money elsewhere!
Got an appointment within 24 hours! Very nice lady, took only 30-45 minutes to do my taxes. But I was shocked when I was hit with the $250.00 bill!!! Only filed simple Federal and State taxes. Then they added $35.00 more for direct deposit! Unbelievable!
