Got an appointment within 24 hours! Very nice lady, took only 30-45 minutes to do my taxes. But I was shocked when I was hit with the $250.00 bill!!! Only filed simple Federal and State taxes. Then they added $35.00 more for direct deposit! Unbelievable!
My 18 yr old daughter went in by herself and had a horrible experience, rude made a remark such as "the money your getting back is paying me basically" that's what a kids wants to hear...I know she won't be going back...
