Knowledgeable kind staff!!! I had issues with a previous tax return by another company. H&R Block helped fix the problem and I've been going to get my taxes done by them every year since!!!
Made an appointment, got multiple confirmations, showed up and they were closed, complained to H&R call center who requested local office call me to explain/reschedule, I've heard nothing. Zero stars should be an option.
