My experience with doing my taxes here was excellent. Mr. Burnell, the tax expert, and the receptionist were both warm and friendly. The tax filing process went incredibly smoothly. He conducted himself with great professionalism, thoroughly explaining each step of the process, which made it seamless and effortless. I suggest doing your taxes with him; he made the process incredibly simple!
Good friendly staff, but fees are steep. $300+ for 1 w2 and around $600+ for 1099....
This place is so great. I barely had to do anything but sign some papers and pay a small service fee. When I didn’t have a bank they helped me get my money on a refillable Emerald Card. Thank you Katrina and the H&R Block staff. Ya’ll are so lit. 🫶🏾 And one more thing. Please let customers tip the staff they worked with for that day. Thanks 🙏🏾
